Description
Fort Bend Independent School District (FBISD) is issuing an RFP for comprehensive printing and bindery services to support its schools and administrative functions. Vendors will be expected to provide a full suite of print production—including offset, digital, and specialty printing—as well as binding, finishing, and related supplies. The contract will likely be used for ongoing production of catalogs, newsletters, forms, business cards, and other printed materials throughout the district.
• Scope includes offset and digital printing of books, brochures, newsletters, and flyers up to 100,000 copies per order.
• Binding services (perfect bound, saddle‑stitched, hardback, custom leather) for books, catalogs, and manuals.
• Production of business cards, letterheads, envelopes, forms, receipts, and barcode labels.
• Maintenance and repair of printing and bindery equipment as needed.
• Delivery of printed items to various district locations.
• Compliance with district branding guidelines and confidentiality requirements.
