The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) has issued an RFI to gather market information on document‑governance software platforms that can store, track, and manage work‑practice documents (policies, procedures, manuals, etc.). The agency seeks high‑level cost estimates, technology insights, and best‑practice recommendations to inform a future RFP, RFQ, or other procurement. Responses are optional, non‑binding, and must be submitted by October 23 2026. No contract award is contemplated at this stage.
• Goal: Conduct a market survey and obtain cost/technology input for a future document‑governance solution.
• Scope: Centralized repository, lifecycle management, version control, link management, external system integration, AI‑enabled search, metadata taxonomy, role‑based security, publishing, reporting.
