Industry Notice - Source to Pay Solution

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) is seeking a Source-to-Pay (S2P) solution to replace its current fragmented and manual procurement processes. The S2P solution should be a cloud-based platform that standardizes and minimizes internal Information Technology support. The solution should include modules for procurement, accounts payable, and information technology, and should provide capabilities such as end-to-end requisition-to-purchase order process, supplier management, contract management, and spend management. The solution should also provide real-time visibility into procurement operations, enforce policy controls, and proactively identify exceptions to usage rules. • The S2P solution should be able to integrate with LADWP's existing systems, including Workday Financial Management and IBM Maximo. • The solution should be able to support a large user base and high transaction volumes. • The solution should be able to provide advanced reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. • The solution should be able to provide a collaborative workspace for requestors and sourcing teams to jointly share requirements, clarify specifications, and exchange feedback in real-time. • The solution should be able to provide a centralized repository of standardized clauses and templates, including version control and approval workflows.
