RFQ LADWP SIMPLIFIED PURCHASING PROGRAM (SPP)

Vendors must complete the SPP Vendor Application and meet the program's requirements, including acceptance of LADWP Short-Form Terms & Conditions, completion of all Contract Compliance Forms, and approved insurance on file with LADWP Risk Management when bidding on service-related opportunities.
