This solicitation seeks an Indefinite‑Delivery‑Indefinite‑Quantity (IDIQ) contract for comprehensive custodial (janitorial) services across all U.S. Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Department of Defense facilities in Guam, the Mariana Islands, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), and the Republic of Palau. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, and mobilization costs required to maintain cleanliness of base facilities, medical treatment facilities, and tenant commands. Work includes daily cleaning, waste collection, recycling, restroom sanitation, floor care, and any non‑recurring special‑event cleaning tasks.
