Provider and member portals

The County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for Provider and Member Portal Services. The portals will play a critical role in improving access, communication, and operational efficiency for both providers and members. The provider portal should support provider claim, eligibility, and benefit inquiries, while the member portal should lead to increased member engagement through self-service capabilities and include mobile application functionality. • The provider portal may include features such as eligibility status, claims submission and status, provider prior authorization management, secure messaging and notifications, and access to member benefits and clinical practice guidelines. • The member portal may include features such as checking eligibility and benefits information, claims status/history, provider search and network directory, prior authorization/referral status, and care coordination. • The proposed solution should meet the requirements outlined in the RFP, including technical requirements, proposal format and content, and federal funding notices.
