Arcadia Lake WTP Process Improvements WTP-01C Project WC24-00010

The Edmond Public Works Authority is seeking bids for the construction of the Arcadia Lake Water Treatment Plant Process Improvements WTP-01C Project. The project involves furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and labor to perform all necessary labor for the construction of the project. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on May 13, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Coffee Creek Water Resource Recovery Facility, followed by a site visit at the Arcadia Lake Water Treatment Plant. Bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit to be eligible to submit a bid. The project is expected to last approximately 540 days. Some key features of the project include: • Construction of a new water treatment plant • Installation of new pumps, pipes, and valves • Electrical and HVAC work • Testing and commissioning of the new plant • Demolition and removal of existing facilities The authority is looking for a qualified contractor to complete the project on time and within budget.
