The State Fiscal Accountability Authority, on behalf of the South Carolina Commission on Prosecution Coordination, seeks a qualified vendor to design, build, and operate a cloud‑based Diversion Database platform as a service (PaaS). The solution must be hosted in Azure Government Cloud, meet CJIS and DIS‑200 security standards, and provide real‑time API integration with three existing court case‑management systems. The contractor will migrate ~1.66 million historic records, perform data cleansing, deliver a web portal with role‑based access and MFA, provide 80 hours per year of user training, and staff a help‑desk with 24‑hour response times. The contract runs for an initial two‑year term with up to five one‑year renewals (maximum seven years) and requires the platform to be live within six months of award.
