The City of Vancouver is seeking Expressions of Interest (RFEOI) to pre‑qualify heavy‑civil and marine contractors for the Cambie Shoreline Rehabilitation (CSR) Project, a multi‑disciplinary shoreline, marine and intertidal construction effort located along False Creek between Cambie Street Bridge and Hinge Park. Successful firms will be invited to a later Invitation to Tender (ITT) that will use an MMCD contract framework. The scope includes demolition of a deteriorated steel sheet‑pile wall and combined‑sewer‑overflow outfall, contaminated‑soil handling, dredging, engineered‑fill placement, habitat restoration, new sewer‑outfall construction (potential cofferdam), trenchless crossing, temporary shoring, de‑watering, pipe‑jacking, and extensive traffic and environmental management.
• Demolition, removal and disposal of existing sheet‑pile wall and sewer structures, plus contaminated‑soil and dredge‑material handling.
• Construction of new sewer outfall, engineered fill, shoreline grading, and naturalized habitat features; includes cofferdam, shoring, de‑watering, and pipe‑jacking.
• Comprehensive marine, intertidal and riparian environmental monitoring, traffic detours, and public interface management in a dense urban waterfront setting.
