Description
The U.S. Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Indian Education is seeking a qualified, 100 % Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) to supply and deliver a suite of 4G LTE radios, related software, activation services, installation, and airtime for the Tuba City Boarding School bus fleet. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, single‑award purchase order with a period of performance from late October 2026 to late January 2027. Bids must be submitted by 10 / 12 / 2026, and offerors must acknowledge receipt of the amendment.
• Provide 15 portable and 30 mobile 4G LTE radios (First Net brand or equivalent) plus one dispatch/GPS console software license.
• Deliver installation services, activation, programming, SIM installation, and unlimited group/private airtime for the radios.
• Must be a registered ISBEE, prove authorized‑reseller status, and submit a “brand‑name or equal” comparison report if offering non‑brand‑named equipment.
• All equipment must be new, in‑stock, and ready‑to‑ship with a 30‑day after‑receipt‑of‑order delivery window.
