Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) is seeking sources for a potential classified, government-managed consortium Other Transaction (OT) agreement. The OT will focus on developing advanced sensor technologies supporting Army defensive, offensive, and integrated fires capabilities. Interested vendors must demonstrate compliance with specific gate criteria, including the ability to access the DEVCOM AvMC Secure Data Link, prototype ground-based or ground-launched sensor algorithms and systems, operate a facility built to ICD 705 standards, and employ personnel with active Secret security clearances. • The Government intends to create and administer a consortium OT for DEVCOM AvMC projects. • The Government will issue Request for White Papers (RWPs) at the classified level only to members of the consortium OT. • Vendors must provide Yes/No answers to gate criteria questions and additional company information to be considered for membership. • Responses to this notice are not intended to be a proposal nor bid and are limited to two pages of unclassified information.

Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $10,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate, as the document does not provide a specific amount. However, considering the complexity and scope of the project, which involves the development of advanced sensor technologies for Army fires capabilities, the budget could be substantial. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the number of vendors selected for the consortium, the scope of work assigned to each vendor, and the duration of the project. A rough estimate could be in the range of $1 million to $10 million, but this is highly speculative and may not reflect the actual budget.
