Description
The State of Mississippi is seeking proposals for a negotiated contract for water treatment chemicals. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option for renewal. The successful bidder will be required to provide a comprehensive line of water treatment chemicals, products, and related services, including boiler water treatment chemicals, cooling tower treatment chemicals, and closed-loop treatment products. The bidder must also provide routine water treatment monitoring, testing, and related support services for all participating entities.
• The contract will be awarded to all manufacturers that submit proposals and are in compliance with the format and are proposing competitive prices.
• The contract will commence on October 1st and terminate on September 30, 2027.
• Pricing shall be firm for a 12-month period, with no price increases allowed during the term of the contract.
• The successful bidder will be required to submit invoices electronically throughout the term of the agreement.
• The State of Mississippi is exempt from the payment of taxes, and all payments shall be made in United States currency.
