Description
The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is seeking a single new Mettler Toledo XPR2U (or equivalent) microbalance to support particulate‑matter gravimetric analysis in a cleanroom‑controlled automated filter weighing system. The vendor must supply the instrument, software licenses, documentation, a three‑year warranty, and perform one on‑site calibration after delivery. All freight costs are to be included (FOB Destination), and the unit must meet 40 CFR 1065 performance specifications and California recycled‑content certification requirements.
• Provide a new, current‑production microbalance with 2.1 g capacity, 0.1 µg resolution, and repeatability ≤ 0.25 µg (NIST weight) / ≤ 0.5 µg (filter media).
• Include software, manuals, a three‑year warranty, and arrange a one‑time on‑site calibration by Mettler Toledo.
• Deliver FOB Destination to CARB’s Riverside lab within 45 working days of PO issuance; price must cover all shipping, handling, and compliance documentation.
