Glazier Services BPA - Nationwide

The United States Secret Service (USSS) is seeking a contractor to provide glazier services throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) to support the USSS's protective mission. The contractor will be required to provide expert glazier services, including the installation and removal of ballistic glass systems, to ensure the safety and security of various indoor and outdoor sites. The contract will be a five-year, firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The USSS is looking for a contractor that can provide high-quality services, meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), and demonstrate a strong technical approach, past performance, and program management experience. Some key responsibilities of the contractor will include: • Providing properly trained and experienced personnel to handle glass and the use of glass moving equipment • Participating in planning walk-throughs at site venues with USSS personnel • Installing and removing ballistic glass systems at various indoor and outdoor sites • Delivering reports detailing the installation and any travel or extraordinary costs The evaluation criteria for this contract will include technical approach, past performance, program management experience, and price.
