Description
The Hawaii State Department of Education is seeking bids for scan, duplicate, and distribute construction bids (drawings, specifications, and addenda) services. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing these services in accordance with the solicitation instructions and addenda. The services will be performed statewide, and the vendor must be registered on the HIePRO system to submit a bid. The bid prices must be inclusive of all state and local taxes and other applicable fees.
• The solicitation includes attachments that must be downloaded, completed, and uploaded to the HIePRO system.
• The vendor must submit a hard copy of the original proposal identification and information form within five working days after the proposal due date.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable state and federal statutes, and proof of compliance is required through the HCE or via paper documentation.
• The vendor will be required to pay a transaction fee of 0.75% of the award, not to exceed $5,000.
