Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Construction

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is seeking sources for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for construction. The contract vehicle will issue Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) task orders, and contractors will compete for task orders ranging from $1 million to $5 million. The work will consist of multiple disciplines in Design-Build (D-B) and construction for large complex projects, including general and industrial construction, maintenance, repair, renovation, alteration, construction, demolition, and more. The majority of the work will be performed at Indian Head, Maryland, and surrounding annexes and stations. • The contract is anticipated to have a five-year ordering period with an aggregate value of up to $98 million. • Task orders may require both design and construction services. • A minimum amount of work will be guaranteed for each awardee during the term of the contract. • The NAICS code for this procurement is 2362, Nonresidential Building Construction. • Interested contractors should submit a brief capabilities statement package via email by the specified deadline.
