Description
Wake Technical Community College is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk and Pre-construction Services for Phase 1 of the Conlon Western Wake Master Plan. The project involves site development, infrastructure installation, and the construction of a 125,000-square-foot building. The building will house campus operations, specialized biotechnology and advanced manufacturing training, and other programs. The college is looking for a firm with specialized expertise, past performance on similar projects, and adequate staff for the project.
