Description
The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to provide 50 items of various valve and gasket parts. The contract will be a firm fixed-price requirements contract with a three-year base period and two one-year options. The contractor will be required to provide firm fixed prices for each item in the schedule sheet. The government estimates that the quantities of the items will be variable and may change over time. The contractor will be required to provide a technical description of the differences between the proposed item and the comparison item. The contract will be awarded to the offeror that submits the lowest priced, conforming offer.
