REPLACE CONDENSATE TANK SYSTEM

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is seeking a firm-fixed-price construction contract for the replacement of the condensate tank system at the Metropolitan Correctional Complex (MCC) Chicago. The project involves furnishing all equipment, materials, and labor for the complete replacement of the condensate system, including two raised horizontal condensate receiver atmospheric tanks, three condensate pumps, and associated pipework. The work is expected to be performed in the non-winter months when there is less steam demand.
