Description
• Provide two full‑time on‑site desktop support technicians to augment City IT staff.
• Support Windows 11/HP EliteDesk desktops, laptops, printers, VoIP phones, and city‑specific applications (e.g., ERP, GIS, CAD/RMS).
• Use City’s InvGate ticketing system and SolarWinds Dameware for remote support; handle ~70 tickets/month for Police and ~280 overall.
• Perform IMAC tasks, asset‑management updates, and basic reporting within standard business hours (Mon‑Fri 7:30 am‑5:30 pm).
• Submit a sealed or electronic proposal by June 25 2026, with cost proposals for a 3‑year base period (optional 2‑year extensions).
