91ST AVENUE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT JOC PROGRAM ENGINEERING SUPPORT SERVICES

The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide engineering support services, including design, construction administration, and inspection, for the 91st Avenue Wastewater Treatment Plant.
