The Institute of International Education (IIE) seeks qualified organizations to design, deliver, and evaluate a short‑term (3‑5 day) Enhancement Workshop for 30‑40 Humphrey Fellows during early 2027. The contractor will develop the thematic agenda, secure venue and logistics, manage speakers, provide meals and photography, conduct the workshop, and submit a final program report and financial invoice. Up to four workshops may be funded, each with a maximum reimbursable ceiling of $30,000, under a cost‑reimbursable contract covering February 2027 – July 2027.
• Design a thematic workshop aligned with U.S. foreign‑policy priorities (e.g., Economic Prosperity, Emerging Technology, etc.).
• Provide full logistical support: venue, A/V, meals, transportation guidance, photography, and certificates.
• Manage post‑workshop reporting: evaluation, final program report (by 30 June 2027) and final invoice (by 31 July 2027).
• Eligible entities include non‑profits, for‑profit firms, academic institutions (not as sole applicants), and state/local governments; U.S. federal entities are excluded.
