The University of Rowan is seeking a qualified contractor to “decouple” Bozarth Hall from Hawthorn Hall, replace the existing shared boiler system with separate boiler plants, and perform associated structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and fire‑protection work. The work must be completed by mid‑October 2026 and includes strict schedule, performance‑bond, and liquidated‑damage provisions. Bids are submitted electronically, and the evaluation will be 40 % technical and 60 % price.
