Description
The State of Colorado, Pikes Peak State College, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the Rampart Range Campus & Firing Range Asphalt Replacement project. The project consists of replacement, repair, and paving of defined areas of asphalt and concrete at paved parking and drive lanes. The contractor will be required to meet the requirements of the "Buy Clean Colorado Act" and comply with prevailing wage rates, apprenticeship utilization, and other state regulations. The contractor must also provide payment and performance bonds, and maintain insurance coverage.
• The project includes three additive alternates: Rampart Range Campus – Lot 3 – Asphalt Work Area, Centennial Campus – Firing Range Parking Lot – Geogrid Work Area, and Centennial Campus – Firing Range Access Road – Geogrid Work Area.
• The contractor must have experience in similar projects and demonstrate bonding capability.
• The project is subject to the Buy Clean Colorado Act, prevailing wage rates, and apprenticeship utilization requirements.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to accessibility and technology.
