The State of Iowa is seeking a qualified contractor to construct a new 12‑ft high chain‑link perimeter fence with a sally‑port, perform associated earthwork, grading, concrete footings, drainage, and related site improvements at the Newton Correctional Facility (IPI Homes for Iowa) production site. The contract is a sealed competitive bid (RFB) with a 5 % bid‑security requirement and no Davis‑Bacon or sales‑tax obligations.
