The Washington DC VA Medical Center intends to establish a base plus 4 option years for PAR Excellence support services. The contractor must provide all the resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in the statement of work (SOW). The scope of work includes diagnosing problems, providing help desk services, and maintaining the system database. The contractor must also provide monthly written progress reports and respond to after-hour support requests in a timely manner. • The contractor must have experience in providing support services for weight-based inventory management systems. • The contractor must have the ability to provide on-site support at various locations, including Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. • The contractor must have a strong understanding of software and hardware related to inventory management systems. • The contractor must be able to provide training to government personnel on the use of the system. • The contractor must be able to provide remote access to the system for installation, support, or issue resolution.
