RFP for Landscape Zone 1

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is for Washington County to secure services for landscaping services for facilities in the South region of Washington County. The County is seeking a five-year contract for services including turf maintenance, flower and shrub bed maintenance, shrub pruning and fertilization, rain garden maintenance, landscape design and installation, and general consulting services regarding lawn care management practices. The contract will serve the following locations: Forest Lake Transit Center, Forest Lake Service Center / Headwaters Library, and Northern Environmental Center. • Mandatory services include lawn care, shrub and evergreen bed maintenance, rain garden maintenance, and design-build installations. • Optional services include services of a licensed arborist, irrigation services, and ability to design and manage landscape pollinator gardens. • The contract shall not exceed $175,000. • The County reserves the right to waive any minor irregularities, reject any or all proposals, and request additional information or clarifications from Contractors.
