Transition Summer Programs

The New Jersey Department of Human Services – Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired (CBVI) is seeking a qualified vendor to design, deliver, and manage transition‑focused summer programs for blind, deaf‑blind, and visually impaired youth ages 14‑21. The contract is fee‑for‑service, funded at $800,000 for a one‑year term with possible two‑year renewals, and requires three program formats (commuter day, overnight residential, and virtual) that embed five mandatory Pre‑ETS activities.
