Description
The City of Somers Point is seeking a qualified vendor to provide commercial flooring construction and installation services throughout the 2026 calendar year. The contract covers all flooring work the city requires, with evaluation based on experience, local knowledge, pricing methodology, and any additional value the vendor can offer. Vendors must submit a proposal by the deadline, include at least three references, and indicate their billing approach. The City may award multiple contracts and retain the right to reject any or all proposals.
• Scope: Complete commercial flooring construction and installation for city facilities in 2026.
• Evaluation: Experience (≥3 references), prior work with the City, compensation proposal, and additional value factors.
