Description
The Argonne National Laboratory is seeking proposals for a 400G Network Fabric. The proposal should include a technical proposal, a business management proposal, and a cost/price proposal. The technical proposal should describe the proposed architecture, support offerings, and agreement to meet capability and performance goals. The business management proposal should include information on the offeror's financial condition, acceptance period of proposal, authorized representatives, and pre-award information. The cost/price proposal should include all base prices and options described.
• The proposal should be submitted via email to [email protected] by 5:00 PM, CST on February 6, 2026.
• The proposal should be in three parts: Part I - Technical Proposal, Part II - Business Management Proposal, and Part III - Cost/Price Proposal.
• The offeror should provide a statement that the proposal will remain valid for acceptance for a minimum period of one hundred and twenty (120) days after the closing date set for receipt of proposals.
• The offeror should provide comments describing whether or not they accept the proposed agreement, its schedule articles, statement of work, and general/specific terms and conditions.
