Project Development and Environmental Study (PD&E), Preliminary Engineering, Design-Build Criteria Package, and Owner's Rep Services for Bridge Replacements - LAP

The Lee County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a qualified consultant to prepare a Project Development and Environmental (PD&E) study, Design-Build Criteria Package, and provide Owner’s Representation services for the replacement of three bridges in Lee County, Florida. The bridges to be replaced are the New Pass Bridge, Big Hickory Pass Bridge, and the Little Carlos Pass Bridge. The new bridges will accommodate two lanes of traffic, bike, and pedestrian facilities. The project is funded in part or in whole by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) as a Local Agency Program (LAP) project. The scope of work includes preparing a PD&E study, designing the bridges, and providing owner's representation services. The consultant will be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed in accordance with federal grant requirements, 2 CFR part 200, terms, conditions, and specifications.
