Siemens Equipment Time and Materials Service Agreement

The State University of New York Downstate Health Sciences University intends to procure time and material services that include parts, labor and software updates and upgrades to Siemens CT equipment under it's discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), which authorizes purchases without a formal competitive process in certain circumstances, including purchases from NYS small businesses, from business certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the NYS Executive Law and, if applicable, from businesses selling commodities or technology that are recycled or remanufactured. A sealed bid will NOT be held. The equipment is manufactured by Siemens. Vendors interested in providing a proposal must be certified by, and have authorization from Siemens to provide support of this equipment. Proof of certification/authorization is required to obtain additional information. Vendors must be able to provide Siemens parts.
