Description
The Trophy Club Fire Department is seeking proposals from qualified medical providers to perform annual occupational health physical examinations for its firefighting personnel. The services consist of a comprehensive physical examination package delivered to each participating firefighter on a two-tier alternating annual model. The initial contract term is one year, and examinations are provided as a personal wellness benefit, with all medical findings remaining confidential between the contractor and the individual examined.
