Description
The County is seeking qualified contractors to execute a pedestrian‑focused infrastructure upgrade along Bushy Fork Road between Rozena Place and Lilly Brook Drive. The work includes clearing and grubbing, grading, installation of sidewalks, curb‑and‑gutter, storm‑drain pipe, and related striping. Quantities are modest but require coordination of civil works, concrete placement, and drainage improvements.
• 0.455 mi of roadway improvements with ~2,500 cubic yards of earthwork
• Installation of 2,177 linear feet of curb & gutter and 1,884 square yards of concrete flatwork
