Description
The University of Houston-Downtown is seeking proposals from qualified travel service providers to coordinate a 13-day faculty-led study abroad program in Spain and Portugal. The program will include approximately 22-28 students and two faculty members, and will take place from January 5-17, 2027. The selected vendor will be responsible for arranging travel, accommodations, ground transportation, and academic and cultural activities. The program will include visits to local universities, industry conferences, and cultural events.
• The vendor must provide a detailed itinerary and pricing for the program, including airfare, accommodations, and transportation.
• The vendor must also provide information on their experience with similar programs, as well as references from previous clients.
• The University is looking for a vendor that can provide a high-quality program that meets the academic and experiential goals of the students, while also being mindful of the budget and logistical constraints.
