Description
The Billings Area Indian Health Service (BAIHS) is seeking to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) or Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) sources capable of performing Laboratory Compliance Testing Services for the Crow-Northern Cheyenne Hospital, Crow Agency, Montana. The services include providing proficiency tests, continuing education, and competency assessment for the hospital's laboratory. The contractor shall furnish all necessary services and materials required to provide the proficiency tests. The scope of work includes providing services for three laboratories located in Crow Agency, MT, Lodge Grass, MT, and Pryor, MT. The requirements include providing products for proficiency tests, technical telephone consulting, participant summaries, notification of proficiency test results to CMS, and access to a competency program.
• Proficiency tests for various laboratory services such as blood gas, urinalysis, and chemistry
• Continuing education for laboratory staff
• Competency assessment for laboratory staff
• Technical telephone consulting available to laboratory staff during normal business hours
• Access to buildings and facilities for the contractor to perform the work
• Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
