The Indian Health Service (IHS) Phoenix Area Office is seeking quotes from qualified small‑business vendors to supply a complete CEREC Dental CAD/CAM system and associated accessories for the Fort Yuma Service Unit. The purchase includes the CEREC Primescan AC TP with steel sleeve, Primemill units, SpeedFire oven, suction unit, tabletop and base stations, on‑site training, and related software/updates. All items must be new, OEM‑authorized, and shipped FOB destination to 401 Picacho Road, Winterhaven, CA. The contract will be awarded to the lowest technically acceptable, price‑responsive offer and is a 100 % small‑business set‑aside. Quotes are due 08/26/2026, and vendors must be registered in SAM.
