17-0048-UT East WRF Filter Feed Pump Station & Force Main Improvements

The City of Clearwater is seeking bids for the replacement of existing pumps and valves at the Filter Fees Pump Station located at the East WRF. The project involves the removal and replacement of current pumps, check valves, plug valves, and associated appurtenances. The work also includes structural modifications to the existing valve vault and adjustments to electrical pane locations. The contract period is 365 consecutive calendar days. • The project requires the contractor to provide copies of their current license/registration with the state of Florida and Pinellas County. • The contractor must also provide fixed project signs as described in the contract documents. • The contract includes a contingency line item for 10% of the total cost. • The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities. • The successful bidder will be required to comply with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations.
