Description
The City of San Antonio is seeking bids for a task order contract for labor and materials for asphalt work. The contract has an estimated value of $900,000.00 and is expected to be substantially completed within 1,095 calendar days. The contract will be a unit price contract, with unit prices established remaining in effect throughout the duration of the contract. Bidders must meet the prevailing wage rate requirements and comply with various ordinances, including the Local Preference Program Ordinance, Veteran-Owned Small Business Preference Program, and Heat Illness Ordinance.
• The contract requires bidders to register with the San Antonio E-Procurement System (SAePS) and meet subcontracting requirements as stated on the SBEDA Guidelines Provisions.
• Bidders must submit their bids through the CivCast platform, and hard copies will not be accepted.
• A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on January 26, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. CT.
• The deadline for questions is January 29, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. CT.
