SIDEWALK SNOW REMOVAL

The City of Lansing is seeking quotes for sidewalk snow removal services for the 2025-26 winter season. The selected contractor will be responsible for clearing snow and ice from public sidewalks, including ADA ramps, on an "as needed" basis. The contractor must provide "before" and "after" photos of each property, and the work must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the assigned properties. The contract may be awarded to more than one contractor, and the City reserves the right to reject any or all quotes. • The contractor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to complete the work. • The contractor must be able to work on an "as needed" basis, with at least 48 hours' notice. • The contractor must be able to provide "before" and "after" photos of each property. • The contractor must be able to complete the work within 24 hours of receiving the assigned properties. • The contractor must be able to work with the City's electronic Cityworks system. • The contractor must be able to provide a written guarantee to remedy any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship.
