McBride Park Picnic Shelter - Cedar Shake Installation

The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management and Budget is soliciting bids for the installation of cedar shake shingles on the recently constructed structural roof of the McBride Park Picnic Shelter. The scope of work includes removing existing temporary underlayment, installing ice and water shield, felt paper, perimeter drip edge, and wood shake shingles. The contractor is also required to provide 304 or 316 stainless steel fasteners and feather in a layer of 19” wide 30-pound felt every row of shakes. • The contract has a maximum budget of $30,000. • The project duration is expected to be 30 days. • The contractor is required to comply with the City's Standard Terms and Conditions. • The contractor is required to provide a pricing proposal and vendor registration form.
