The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole-source contract to HGS Engineering, Inc. for dental water testing services at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center and Milo C. Huempfner VA Healthcare Center Dental Clinics in Milwaukee and Green Bay, Wisconsin. The contract is expected to be awarded under the authority of Public Law 109 Sec. 502 and VAAR 819.7008, which allows for sole-source awards to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs).
