Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for a minimum of 2,866 to a maximum of 3,115 gross rentable square feet of commercial storefront space within a 1 1/4 mile radius of 4414 SW College Road, Ocala, FL 34474. The space shall contain adequate/assigned parking for approximately five Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. The lease is for a five-year term with Government termination rights, and a full-service lease (to include all utilities and janitorial services) is preferred.
• The leased premises must comply with all Federal, State, and local construction standards, building codes, and other applicable laws.
• The Lessor is responsible for all permits, drawings, constructing, operating, maintaining, and obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy for the leased premises in accordance with the lease/solicitation requirements.
• The Lessor must provide a written certification of equivalency to the COE Representative prior to approval/installation of any substituted products or services.
• The Lessor is responsible for coordinating with the COE in the development of the Architectural/Engineering (AE) drawings.
• The Lessor must submit a written commissioning plan to the COE representative at least 60 days prior to Space acceptance.
