The City of Maple Grove is soliciting sealed bids for Phase 2 of its Community Center expansion and renovation. The project will modernize existing facilities, add new program spaces—including aquatics, banquet hall, flex rooms, arts, senior and fitness areas—and upgrade mechanical and electrical systems. Bids must be submitted by July 28 2026, with a pre‑bid meeting on July 15 2026 (optional). Work is scheduled to start September 2026 and reach substantial completion by December 2028. The successful contractor must provide a 5 % bid security, performance and payment bonds, and all required insurance.
