The County of Mecklenburg is seeking a qualified prime contractor to construct a new conference center on the second floor of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Government Center. The work will be performed on‑site at 600 E 4th St., Charlotte, NC, and must follow the County’s standard bid forms and bonding requirements. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre‑bid meeting, submit a mandatory Letter‑of‑Interest, and provide bid, performance, and payment & material bonds. All bid documents are available free of charge from the County’s authorized design consultant, Gensler.
