Description
The County of Mecklenburg is seeking a prime general contractor to perform a deep‑energy retrofit of the Ivory Baker Recreation Center located at 1920 Stroud Park Ct., Charlotte, NC. The work is to be bid as a single‑prime, lump‑sum construction contract and will include all required performance, payment, and material bonds. A mandatory pre‑bid onsite meeting is scheduled for October 20, 2026, and a mandatory Letter‑of‑Interest must be submitted at least 48 hours before the bid opening.
