FY2027 CIP RIGHT OF WAY CLEARING - GROUP 1

The City of Bryan, Texas, is seeking a qualified line clearance contractor to clear distribution line right-of-way as required to support the construction of capital improvement projects. The contractor will be responsible for trimming or removing trees, brush, and performing other utility forestry services, including right of way clearing. The contractor must provide all necessary supervision, materials, labor, supplies, tools, fuel, equipment, and transportation to perform the work. The contractor will also be responsible for traffic control, public safety, disposal of clearing debris, site cleanup, property owner notification, and safeguarding private property. Key aspects of the job include: • Clearing distribution line right-of-way to support capital improvement projects • Trimming or removing trees, brush, and performing other utility forestry services • Providing all necessary supervision, materials, labor, supplies, tools, fuel, equipment, and transportation • Ensuring traffic control, public safety, and site cleanup • Notifying property owners and safeguarding private property • Completing the work in accordance with BTU specifications and industry standards
