Description
The Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) is seeking information on qualifications to perform decommissioning and demolition (D&D) of multiple buildings located on Laboratory Property. The subcontractor must provide various services, including project management, safety oversight, waste management, and record keeping. The scope of work also includes pre-demolition studies, site investigation, hazardous materials and radiological abatement, demolition, and site restoration.
• The subcontractor must have a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certificate and a minimum of five years of safety oversight experience.
• The subcontractor must be capable of keeping charges separate for various work by ensuring correct project numbers are charged.
• The subcontractor must provide Primavera P6 scheduling software with weekly updates and three-week look ahead schedules.
• The subcontractor must have experience with hazardous materials and radiological waste investigation, remediation, and disposal.
