This solicitation seeks a master agreement for the purchase of two 70 HP, four‑wheel‑drive tractors equipped with hydraulic shuttle transmission and a quick‑attach bucket loader for the Maine Department of Transportation. The agreement will cover the initial one‑year period with up to four one‑year extensions, requiring full warranty, service, and parts support within the state.
