NNMC, Two (2) Non-PSC Obstetrician/Gynecologist Physician

The Indian Health Service is seeking quotes for two Non-Personal Healthcare Services for OB/GYN Physicians in the OB/GYN department at Northern Navajo Medical Center. The contract will be for a base period of 6 months, with four option periods of 6 months each. The contractor will be required to provide obstetrician/gynecologist physician services, including performing medical procedures, providing patient care, and participating in quality improvement activities. The contractor must also maintain liability insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). • The contractor must provide two obstetrician/gynecologist physicians to work in the OB/GYN department. • The contractor must ensure that all personnel working on the contract have the necessary qualifications, licenses, and certifications. • The contractor must maintain accurate and complete records of all services provided, including patient medical records and billing information. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA and the Real ID Act. • The contractor must provide a detailed approach outlining how the requirements of the Performance Work Statement will be met. • The contractor must identify key personnel and demonstrate how they meet the qualifications stated in the Performance Work Statement. • The contractor must provide resumes, certifications, and any other relevant documentation for all proposed key personnel. • The contractor must submit a proposed project schedule, ensuring alignment with the government's required Period of Performance.
